How to register and submit your contribution

Submission of talks

  1. Register by July 13th using the registration form, choose the session that is most suitable for your talk and submit an abstract.

  2. The session chairs will review the abstract and select appropriate talks. Please keep in mind that only strong original research can be presented as prerecorded talks. Other contributions are welcome in the poster session!

  3. Please produce your talk (here are some suggestions).

  4. You will receive an email with an upload link for your talk to a Dropbox folder. We prefer compressed videos in mp4 format (for instance the ones you get if you use zoom)!

  5. Talks will be linked one week before the symposium in the session list, accessible for anyone. The schedule for the live discussions is available here, or as a google calender here.

  6. During the symposium all registered participants can join you for a discussion of your talk.

Submission of posters

  1. Register by July 13th using the registration form, choose the session that is most suitable for your poster.

  2. You will receive an email with an upload link for your poster to a Dropbox folder. Please upload the poster in pdf-format.

  3. Posters will be available at the list of posters, ordered according to the sesssion topics.

Please keep in mind the deadlines!

July 13th: End of registration for talks and posters.

July 24th: Notification of acceptance for prerecorded talks (all reasonable posters will be accepted).

August 9th: End of upload period for the prerecorded talks and posters.
